3 June 1864 Appointed Staff Assistant Surgeon from 1st/13th Foot.

1864–1865 On duty at Netley.

20 June 1865 Assistant Surgeon 1st/13th (1st Somersetshire) (Prince Albert's Light Infantry) Regiment.

26 Jan 1866 Exchanged with Assistant Surgeon Isaac Hoysted 1st/8th (The King's) Regiment.

Malta 10 Mar 1866 Arrived from England.

3 Oct 1866 To England on private leave.

21 Nov 1866 Returned to Malta.

Malta 1867 On duty with his regiment.

Malta 15 Feb 1868 Appointed Staff Assistant Surgeon.

30 Sept 1868 Appointed Assistant Surgeon Royal Engineers.

Malta 1869 On duty with his regiment.

Malta 24 Apr 1870 To England on duty.

3 Nov 1870 Returned to Malta.

1878 In Singapore.

3 June 1879 Died in Reading, aged 50 years.
