1898 Served on the Nile and was present at the Battle of Khartoum.

Malta 9 Sept 1899 Arrived from Crete.

Malta 1900 On garrison duty.

A good operator and a sound practitioner willing and discrete. The Garrison officer Commander speaking from personal knowledge says he is an excellent officer in every way. His professional attainments especially as regards diseases of women and children are above the average.

3 Aug 1914 Recalled from the Reserve of Officers to the Active List till 18 Sept 1919.

18 Sept 1917 Brought to notice for valuable services in Communique of 18 Sept 1917.
