5 Aug 1897 Surgeon-Lieutenant Colonel.

Malta 26 May 1899 Arrived from Devonport England.

22 Sept 1899 Returned to England sick.

14 July 1900 Reduced to half-pay.

15 July 1903 Retired.

1907 When on the retired list was employed at Armagh.

1917 Brevet Colonel.
