Introduction

Lieutenant Colonel Harry Albert Mullington served in the ranks of the Royal Army Medical Corps from 1923 to 1940. In 1940 he was promoted a Warrant Officer Class I.

On 22 January 1942, he received an emergency commission as a Lieutenant (QM). He served in the Second World War and was awarded the 1939-45 Star, the Africa Star with clasp 1st Army, the Italy Star, the Defence Medal 1939-45 and the War Medal.
