Malta 2 June 1944 Appointed Officer Commanding Convalescent Depot Malta from X (1) surplus to War Establishment (SMO), vice T/Major Amos John, who left for the MEF. On 15 June, 13 Barracks rooms and equipment for 260 beds where temporarily transferred to the Royal Navy for use as ratings rest camp.
